We have enhanced and adapted many of our procedures to ensure the safety of staff and guests. Please read through all of our changes, and feel free to ask any questions you may have, we are happy to let you know what we are doing!
Update 9/1/23
- Our locker room and waiting room are open on a limited basis
- We ask that anyone, staff and guest alike, not enter the spa if you are feeling unwell.
- Your service provider will be wearing a mask, and gloves depending on your service.
- We have added HEPA air purifiers to our treatment rooms and public areas.
- Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, and keep your belongings to a minimum.
- We have removed all testers, and are happy to make up a sample for you of any of our products.
- We have enhanced our already stringent cleaning protocols in all of our treatment rooms, and common areas, and have hand washing stations and hand sanitizer through out the spa. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces in the spa and on all equipment and tools. Our cleaning protocol is posted in each treatment room.
- At checkout, we have touchless pay options, including ApplePay, GooglePay and SamsungPay. We also accept cash and check for services, and if you would like to leave a gratuity for your service provider, please leave that at the front desk in cash.
Schedule an Appointment
To schedule an appointment at Agio, please call us at 734 207 5200 or click below to use our online system. We do require a credit card number or Gift Certificate number to schedule your appointment time. By scheduling an appointment at Agio, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy. We require a 24 hour notice to cancel a single appointment, 48 hours for multiple appointments, or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.
We offer all of our services a la carte, and you can combine them any way that you like! We have a couples suite available for massage services. If you are using our online system, please feel free to leave us a note with any special requests or information for your visit with us.
If you are scheduling a large group, please call our group reservation line at 734 207 5396. We require a 50% deposit to schedule 6 or more appointments at the same time.
